The Secret Life Of A Book Blogger TAG

Hello my little fellow munchkins!!!!! How have you all been? Are ya doing nanowrimo and if so how far have you gotten? It all of a sudden got REALLY cold where I live so I am going to got shopping soon to get some winter clothes. Is anyone watching football, what is your favorite team? Anyways you came here to read a book tag so you shall get what you want.

I also tag anyone who wants to do this but if I really have to call out someone than I especially TAG: my dear friend and you can find the link to her blog here

How long have you been a book blogger?

I have been a book blogger for around 6 months and 13 days to be exact.

At what point do you think you will stop?

I don’t know exactly when or even if I will stop but when the day comes it will be right.

What is the best part?

Talking to others about books. Getting book recommendations. Making new friends who also love books. Talking to authors and publishers. Expressing my love for books and feeling that same love back.

What is the worst part?

It is sooooooo time consuming. If you told me in march that it would be time consuming I would’ve laughed and been like, “HOW?” but now that I am really in this book blogging community it is super duper time consuming.

How long does it take to find/create photos for blog posts?

It doesn’t really take me that long to find photos and it doesn’t take me long to create photos as long as I am not taking a picture of the books. Because then it would take me like 13457876543 years. You know?

Who’s you book crush?

But I would like to nominate Will Herondale Percy Jackson, and Rhysand as my book crushes.

(AND yes I do know that I chopped up their names. )

What author would you like to have on your blog?

Sarah J. Maas. But If I did then I would probably cry for awhile in joy and then I would be announcing it to the world and then I would be talking to her for like ages. But yeah that would be awesome.

What do you wear when you are writing blog posts?

Pajamas. They are super duper money pooper comfy. Like if I could wear pajamas until I die then I would, but then I would probably look uglier than usual.

How long does it take you to prepare a post?

It takes me about two days. One day to come up with the idea or read the book or something and then the second day to make the post, and everything in it.

How do you feel about the book blogger community/culture?

I love it. I feel very welcomed and loved here and I love that I am able to fangirl about the books without being judged or blocked out while talking about it. Along with making friends and just all in all having fun.

What do you think one should do to have a successful blog?

Talk and Post. You need to post on a set schedule or at least you should, and if you like then do a certain post for every certain day. Along with that look and read and comment and follow other book blogs so from there you are able to make friends and reach a wider audience.

Let's Chat-2

Tell me what you thought on this post? Do these same things happen to you? Have you done this post then link me to it in the comments.

Don’t forget to like, share, comment and follow my little munchkins.

  1. I feel like I will never stop blogging. I like it now because it helps me to focus in on what exactly I liked about a book and why – which in turn I feel like helps me with my writing. And if I eventually do get something published, I think it would be cool for my readers to be able to follow and interact with me over a blog.
